Self Care Club
The mission of this group is to learn and practice self-care techniques to help reduce stress and promote positive mental health. Activities will include stretching and body movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditative practices, and other self-help activities.Students who join this group need to be capable of cooperating maturely in all activities.
Meetings: This group will meet from 3:00-3:45 on Thursdays during 1st semester in the choir room starting September 16. Parent permission form is required.
